To claim the prizes, winners must present the following:

• One (1) government ID with photo (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance, or Company ID)
• Screenshots or copies of both email and SMS sent by Baa Baa Food Corporation or Baa Baa Thai Tea.
• Winners must be 18 years old and above.

Prizes can be sent through a courier or claimed at the Baa Baa Food Corporation Offices:

For Luzon: 2FC-A Gilmore Tower Condominium, Gilmore Avenue cor. N. Domingo Barangay
Valencia Quezon City

For Visayas and Mindanao: JCN Apartments, Atillo St, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Redemption Period: Redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered
mail. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited in favor of Baa Baa Food Corporation, with
prior approval from DTI.
